Here you’ll find everything you need to know about placing, amending and cancelling orders with Prepz, including information on stock availability and delivery times.

Place an order

At Prepz, ordering is quick and easy. Our online shop is available 24/7.

Choose your products

Browse our range and add the products you want to your shopping basket.

Proceed to checkout

Click on the shopping basket and select ‘Checkout’. Please check your order before you continue.

Please enter your details

Enter your name, address and contact details. Then select your preferred payment method.

Confirm and pay

Please check your order again and confirm the payment. You will receive a confirmation email straight away.

Orders placed on working days before 3.00 pm will be dispatched the same day. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be processed on Monday.

Changing or cancelling an order

Would you like to amend or cancel your order? Please get in touch as soon as possible, as we process orders quickly.

  • Mail zo snel mogelijk naar info@prepz.nl met je bestelnummer
  • Please specify which change or cancellation you wish to make
  • Is je bestelling al sent? Dan is annuleren niet meer mogelijk. Je kunt het product wel retourneren na ontvangst
  • If you cancel before dispatch, you will receive a full refund

Order status

Would you like to know where your order is? There are several ways to check its status.

  • Na plaatsing ontvang je een confirmation email met je bestelnummer
  • Na verzending ontvang je een track and trace link per e-mail
  • Log in op je account en ga naar My orders voor een overzicht
  • Heb je nog geen account? Neem contact op met je order number en we zoeken het voor je op

Stock and availability

At Prepz, you can only order products that are in stock. That way, you can be sure your order will be processed and dispatched quickly.

  • Producten die out of stock zijn kunnen niet worden toegevoegd aan je winkelwagen
  • Levertijd is normaal gesproken 2 to 3 working days, in uitzonderlijke gevallen maximaal 10 werkdagen
  • If you combine products, some of which are out of stock, you will have to wait for the longest delivery time, unless otherwise agreed
  • Would you like to know when a product will be back in stock? Please get in touch via chat, email or phone
Unfortunately, collection is not possible. All our orders are dispatched via PostNL or DPD.

Are you buying for a large group of people, a club, or do you want to make a group purchase? Prepz offers competitive rates for bulk orders.
