Payment methods

We offer a wide range of payment methods. Most of them are free to use.

Payment failed or was declined

There are various reasons why a payment might fail. Follow the steps below to resolve the issue.

• Controleer of je balance or credit limit voldoende is
• Controleer of je map data correct zijn ingevoerd (kaartnummer, vervaldatum, CVC)
• Sommige banken block online payments. Controleer je bankapp of neem contact op met je bank
• Probeer een alternative payment method als de eerste niet werkt
• Have you already paid but your order hasn’t been processed? Please get in touch straight away

Refund

Are you entitled to a refund, for example following a return or cancellation? If so, we will refund you via the original payment method.

• Terugbetaling verloopt altijd via de original payment method
• Na goedkeuring van je retour of annulering ontvang je het bedrag within 3 working days
• With iDEAL and debit card payments, the amount is refunded directly to your account
• With PayPal, the amount will be refunded to your PayPal account

Invoicing enquiries

Once you have placed your order, you will automatically receive a confirmation email. You can request an official invoice via your account or by contacting our customer service team.
