Payment methods

We offer a wide range of payment methods. Most of them are free to use.

Payment failed or was declined

There are various reasons why a payment might fail. Follow the steps below to resolve the issue.

• Check whether your balance or credit limit is sufficient
• Check that your card details are entered correctly (card number, expiry date, CVC)
• Some banks block online payments. Check your banking app or contact your bank
• Try an alternative payment method if the first one does not work
• Have you already paid but your order hasn’t been processed? Please get in touch straight away

Refund

Are you entitled to a refund, for example following a return or cancellation? If so, we will refund you via the original payment method.

• Refunds are always made to the original payment method
• Once your return or cancellation is approved, you receive the amount within 3 working days
• With iDEAL and debit card payments, the amount is refunded directly to your account
• With PayPal, the amount will be refunded to your PayPal account

Invoicing enquiries

Once you have placed your order, you will automatically receive a confirmation email. You can request an official invoice via your account or by contacting our customer service team.

• Sign in to your account and go to My invoices to download invoices
• Do you need an invoice with a VAT breakdown for business purposes? Please email us at info@prepz.nl
