Hier vind je alle informatie over verzendkosten, levertijden, track & trace en wat je kunt doen als je bestelling vertraagd is of nog niet is geleverd.

Delivery charges

At Prepz, we offer fair and transparent delivery charges. Below is an overview of the costs per destination.

All prices include VAT. Delivery charges are calculated based on the delivery address you enter at checkout.

Delivery time

We aim to deliver your order as quickly as possible. The delivery times below apply to the Netherlands and Belgium.

  • Orders placed on working days before 15:00: volgende werkdag in huis
  • Ordered on a Saturday or Sunday: verwerking en verzending op maandag
  • Busy periods (zoals feestdagen): levertijd kan 2 werkdagen zijn
  • Belgium: 2 tot 4 werkdagen na verzending
The delivery time starts from the moment your order has been processed and dispatched. You will receive a confirmation email as soon as your parcel is on its way.

Track & trace

Na verzending ontvang je een e-mail met daarin de track & trace link van de bezorgdienst. Hiermee kun je de status van je pakket real-time volgen.

  • Klik op de track & trace link in de e-mail om de bezorgstatus te bekijken
  • Je kunt de status ook vinden via My orders in je account

Order delayed or not delivered

It’s rare, but sometimes a parcel can be delayed. Follow the steps below if your order is later than expected.

Check the track & trace

Open de track & trace link uit je verzendbevestiging. Kijk of het pakket nog onderweg is of is vastgelopen bij een sorteercentrum.

Please allow 1 extra working day

During busy periods or due to weather conditions, a parcel may take an extra day to arrive. Please give the delivery service a little time to update the status.

Check a collection point

Als je niet thuis was, kan het pakket zijn afgeleverd bij een buurman of een PostNL/DPD-afhaalpunt in de buurt. Kijk de track & trace na voor de precieze locatie.

Heeft je pakket al meer dan 3 werkdagen geen update gehad? Neem dan direct contact op via het contact form of bel +31 (0)85 060 7635. Wij nemen het op met de bezorgdienst.

Delivery in the Netherlands

We deliver throughout the Netherlands via PostNL and DPD. You will receive a notification before delivery, stating the expected delivery window.

  • Delivery on working days between 08:00 and 21:00
  • If you are not at home, the parcel will be delivered to a neighbour or a collection point
  • Je kunt via track & trace een andere bezorgdag of -adres kiezen
  • Large or heavy orders may be dispatched via a different delivery service

Delivery to Belgium

Prepz also delivers to Belgium. Orders to Belgium are sent via Bpost or DPD and are usually delivered within 2 to 4 working days of dispatch.

  • Delivery throughout Belgium on working days
  • Postage €7.95, free delivery on orders of €100 or more
  • Track & trace beschikbaar via de verzendbevestigingsmail
