Not happy with your purchase? No problem. At Prepz, you can return items free of charge within 30 days. You’ll find everything you need to know here.

Registering a return is easy. Use our online returns portal and we’ll take care of the rest.

You can quickly and easily arrange a return via our returns portal. You’ll receive a returns label straight away, which you can print at home.

How does it work?

Go to the returns portal

Click on "Register a return" above and enter your order number and email address.

Select the products

Please specify which products you wish to return and select the reason.

Print your return label

You will receive a return label straight away. Please print it out and stick it onto your parcel.

Drop off the parcel

Take the parcel to a collection point near you. As soon as we have received and checked your return, the full amount will be refunded to your account within 3 working days.

Return Policy

To make use of our returns policy, the following conditions apply:

  • Je hebt het recht om binnen 30 days na ontvangst te retourneren, zonder opgave van reden
  • Het product dient in in its original condition and packaging te zijn, voor zover redelijkerwijs mogelijk
  • Retourneren is altijd free, wij vergoeden de verzendkosten
  • Je ontvangt het total order amount inclusief oorspronkelijke verzendkosten terug
  • Producten die zijn unpacked or used kunnen mogelijk niet worden geretourneerd. Neem bij twijfel contact op
In the case of products returned in a damaged condition or which have been used beyond what is necessary for inspection, we may charge for the resulting loss in value.

Return period

Bij Prepz hanteren wij een ruime retourtermijn van 30 days. Dit geeft je ruim de tijd om te beslissen of je het product wilt houden.

  • De termijn van 30 dagen start op de dag upon receipt van je bestelling
  • Meld je retour aan vóór het verstrijken van de termijn via prepz.shipping-portal.com
  • Na aanmelding heb je nog 14 days de tijd om het product daadwerkelijk retour te sturen
By law, you have a 14-day cooling-off period, but we give you 30 days. This gives you plenty of time to think your purchase through properly.

Received a damaged or incorrect product

Have you received a product that is damaged or does not match your order? We’ll sort this out for you straight away.

  • Neem direct contact op via info@prepz.nl
  • Vermeld je order number en omschrijf het probleem
  • Voeg indien mogelijk photos toe van het beschadigde product of de verkeerde levering
  • Wij sturen je zo snel mogelijk een substitute product of betalen je terug
We always cover the cost of damaged or incorrect deliveries. You won’t have to pay anything for this.
