This fully water- and airtight full-face mask, together with the filters, protects against toxic gases, chemical vapours, viruses, bacteria, radioactive and carcinogenic substances, sulphur dioxide and ammonia. The mask is fitted with two breathing valves for effortless exhalation and is scratch resistant for prolonged use. The adjustable fit and robust silicone construction ensure maximum safety and comfort. The mask meets the key European safety standards (EN 136:1998 and EN 158-1) and offers a nominal protection factor (NPF) of 1000. With the universal EN 148/1 connection you can use all compatible filters, including the supplied Climax ABEK2P3 Filter. The Climax ABEK2P3 Filter offers the highest protection level (class 3) against various gases and vapours such as ammonia, organic gases, sulphur dioxide, and radioactive substances. This filter is made of high-grade material, safe for the user, and is fitted with an activated-carbon section that protects against A, B, E and K gases. The filter is EC certified and complies with the standards UNE - EN 121:2001 and UNE 0 EN 143:2001, and is sold individually.
