Berkey Sight Glass Spigot 19cm - for Travel & Big

The 19 cm Berkey sight glass spigot is the upgrade that every Berkey Travel or Big owner buys sooner or later. The standard plastic spigot works fine, but you can't see how much purified water is still in the lower chamber. With this sight glass model the tube runs visibly along the outside of the lower chamber, so you can see the water level at a glance. Benefits You always know when to refill, you avoid topping up the upper chamber while the lower one is already full, and you can more easily gauge how quickly your filter is flowing. It is an aesthetic upgrade too. Compatibility Specially made for the Berkey Travel (5.7 litres) and Berkey Big (8.5 litres). The 19 cm length is matched to the height of these lower chambers.
