Shipping & Returns

Shipment

- We only ship with PostNL.

- Ordered before 16:00 is shipped the same day (Monday to Friday)

- Shipping is free from 60 euros. We ask for a small compensation of 3.95 under the 60 euros.

- For Belgium, shipping is free from 100 euros. Under 100 euros the shipping costs are 5.95.

Returns

- Do you want to return a product? Send an e-mail with your order number to [email protected] with the message that you want to (partially) return your shipment.

- You will receive a return label from us to return the products for free.

- Within 2-3 working days you have the money back on your account after the products have come back to us.

Pickup

We like it if you want to visit us. The collection of products is always possible by appointment.
