Shipping & Returns

Shipment

- Our standard shipping method is DPD. We can ship with PostNL on request only.

- If ordered before 13:00, the parcel will be shipped the same day (Monday to Friday)

- Shipping is free for orders above 100 euros. We ask for a small compensation of 5.95, if the order total is under 100 euros.

- For Belgium, shipping is also free for orders above 100 euros. For orders under 100 euros the shipping costs are 6.95.

Returns

- Do you want to return a product? Send an e-mail with your order number to [email protected] with the message that you want to (partially) return your shipment.

- You will receive a return label from us to return the products for free.

- Within 2-3 working days you have the money back on your account after the products have come back to us.

Pickup

We like it if you want to visit us. The collection of products is always possible by appointment.
