This NRG-5 emergency ration is the better counterpart to the emergency rations of Seven Oceans. Admittedly with almost the same amount of kcal, but with added vitamins and minerals.
The NRG-5 is also suitable for children from 6 months. For this you can mix the blocks with a little water: it will then become a kind of porridge.
The box contains 9 bars, so 9 portions. This is certainly enough for a person for a day; at rest or with low energy requirements, this can be sufficient for two days.
